With a doctorate in education, Sara is a pedagogical counsellor and researcher, involved in educational programming and professional and institutional development at the college level. She also teaches in the Department of Integrated Studies in Education at McGill University and is co-founder of Artful Inquiry Research, where she also works to promote research. Her leadership translates into innovative equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives that foster knowledge sharing across institutions.
Sara has also led educational development initiatives in international governmental and paragovernmental institutions--a challenge that has led her to create learning environments where each party is valued and respected in the process of trying out new approaches. She believes in the importance of clear communication, building trust and promoting collaboration at all institutional levels. Her collaborative approach and holistic vision of education make her an ideal professional to join CP2 in exploring and disseminating emerging pedagogical practices.
Her expertise in building learning communities and supporting professional development aligns well with the AQPC's mission to advance educational practices from a fresh perspective.
