Caroline has been teaching since 2008 and has always been committed to improving college teaching by linking research and practice. Through five PAREA projects, she explores topics such as alternative grading practices (AGPs) and oral science communication.
In parallel, Caroline leads two communities of practice (CoP), the CPECC on Teaching College Chemistry and the CoP PAN on AGPs, bringing together over 160 members from secondary, college and university education. Passionate about sharing and transferring knowledge, she regularly publishes in the journal Pédagogie collégiale and has presented her work on several occasions at AQPC symposia.
Guided by her experience in mentoring, Caroline joined CP2, which she sees as a privileged space for exchange and collaboration. As someone who naturally facilitates connections, she works to link research-based knowledge and teaching practice, helping to create a dynamic network where pedagogical innovation is continually enriched. She is committed to the democratization of pedagogical research for better integration into teaching practices.
