Vincent has many years of experience in the college network. He has held a variety of roles, from teacher to pedagogical counsellor, before becoming Academic Dean and then Director General. The AQPC has played a crucial role throughout his career, providing him with resources and exchanges that have nurtured his reflection on teaching and management in the college environment.  

Vincent discovered the energy and excitement of the association's annual symposium when he first attended as a pedagogical counsellor. He was immediately seduced by the diversity of the topics addressed and the spirit of collegiality that animated the event, which stimulated his passion for innovation in education. He sees the organization as a true catalyst for change, offering opportunities for reflection, exchange and networking at both the pedagogical and human levels.  

Today, as a coopted board member, Vincent uses his expertise in leadership and strategic planning to support and promote pedagogy among higher education stakeholders. He is convinced that technological development, coupled with collaboration, is the key to advancing education and meeting the challenges of tomorrow.
