Since she started teaching in 2012, Valérie has always taken student support to heart, both in the classroom and in the various committees in which she participates. She has sat on the Comité de valorisation et d'amélioration de la langue, led the rewriting of the Institutional Policy on the Evaluation of Student Achievement and overseen the Centre d'aide en français (CAF), always with an eye to providing quality support and promoting success.
Convinced of the importance of research in enriching pedagogical action, Valérie has completed a master's degree in educational psychology and is currently pursuing a doctorate in education. This allows her to bridge the gap between theory and practice, in order to provide concrete solutions to the challenges she encounters in her daily work as a college teacher.
Valérie joined CP2 because she sees this forum for exchange and reflection as a unique opportunity to co-create solutions with colleagues from different institutions. Driven by a desire to actively contribute to the evolution of college pedagogy, she puts her expertise and enthusiasm at the service of developing teaching practices to improve the student experience.
