Recognition of acquired competencies (RAC) at the college level is characterized by its innovative evaluation methods, its structured and individualized approach, and offers solutions that can be effective in facing the challenges of plagiarism and the misuse of generative artificial intelligence in an evaluation context. This workshop will explore how interviews, role-plays and on-the-job tasks can be used to detect AI-related irregularities while fostering a relationship of trust between candidates, content specialists and pedagogical counsellors. At the end of the workshop, participants will leave with practical strategies for adapting their evaluation processes, improving the authenticity of evaluations and managing the risks associated with AI in the college environment.
