Driven by a deep interest in training and competency development, Anaïs began her career in humanitarian logistics, managing resources and supporting professionals in crisis situations. Convinced of the importance of lifelong learning, she then turned to educational engineering, marking a shift toward adult learning. Originally from France, she joined Cégep Garneau in 2022, where she has been working to improve pedagogical practices, driven by the conviction that everyone must be able to learn and develop throughout their lives.
Committed to promoting pedagogical innovation at the college level, Anaïs is an active member of CP2. In this forum for exchange and reflection, she helps to identify emerging needs in the college network and to improve teaching practices. Inspired by an inclusive and agile vision, especially for continuing education, she dreams of improving access to "Pedagogical Innovation Labs" and to any collaborative space where teaching and pedagogical staff can test and share new approaches, thus narrowing the gap between theory and practice.
