The objectives of the CoP are to equip participants through peer exchanges, the sharing of practices, and the creation and dissemination of resources.
More specifically, the objectives of the CoP will enable participants to:
learn what is already being done in outdoor education in various college disciplines;
demystify the challenges of outdoor education;
develop outdoor learning activities;
reflect on and experiment with the implementation of an outdoor learning activity;
transfer the work carried out and share the teaching materials created.
The aims of the CoP are as follows:
become familiar with outdoor education;
exchange ideas in working groups;
design and experiment with an outdoor lesson;
disseminate open-resource teaching materials to the college community.
