The Director of PERFORMA and one of the organization’s local representatives from the CÉGEP de Saint-Jérôme introduce the Masters Level Microprogram for Professional Integration into College Teaching (MIPEC), a series of courses and activities designed to develop the competencies essential to teaching at the college level. Comprised of a three-block learning sequence, MIPEC is an example of learning communities that generate communities of practice, in that new teachers are trained and supervised by tutors who are generally experienced teachers, sometimes even nearing retirement, and take advantage of the program to transmit the wealth of their knowledge and expertise, thereby promoting professional integration into colleges.

The Centre de documentation collégiale (CDC) offers an extensive collection of documents on college-level education and on education in general, produced by professionals in leading facilities and organizations.
