Addressing Mixed Levels in Courses Using Information Technology

Although using technology is not always easy, it seems to create appreciable gains in learning. Dealing both with solutions established to manage a multi-level classroom and the contribution of ITC to education, this article relates how the author created virtual classrooms involving teachers and students from several different CÉGEPs. The author also says that teachers hoping to explore ITC for instructional purposes would benefit from discussions on their experiences, ideas, and problems inside professional communities.
