The professional co-development group is “a teaching approach for people who believe they can learn from one other to improve and consolidate their practice. The thought process, individually and in groups, is encouraged by a structured consultation exercise that deals with issues currently experienced by participants” This short article explains the essential aspects related to this method, which is based on different frameworks, including experiential learning, action learning and reflective practice.
